Harrogate House Clearance - How do we work?
Here at Hartley's House Clearance we remove all furniture, curtains and clothing. In addition to Bric a Brac, electrical items carpets and general rubbish. If certain items need to be left in the property we will do so at your request.
We understand that not everything may require clearing. We recommend you remove all personal items prior to our arrival. When personal items have been removed we can provide a better, more accurate quotation for the work.
Give us a call to arrange a visit to your property at a time that is convenient. There is no charge for this service. After assessment is complete we will get back to you by telephone. Every clearance is different so it could be that we end up paying you, you pay us or even provide a cost-free clearance.
Tipping and labour charges are taken into consideration on all quotations. These costs can be offset against items of value removed during a clearance. We are registered with the Environment Agency and are fully licensed to carry waste. We recycle as much as possible and all clothing goes to charity.
